It is easy to be thankful for blessings, it is difficult to be thankful for challenges.

Frustration is the theme of the week. What I've learned in frustration is that it gets me no where. The frustration of the week has done nothing but create more frustration (even in other people).

Note to self: When frustrated remember that that moment in time is not eternity. It will end.
